Description:
Fiber oilstone (commonly known as the super thin stone) combine a high purity ceramic fiber with thermoplastic resin, with high hardness, wear resistance and not easy to break.
Except for the hand-held grinding, and is suitable for application of pneumatic, electric reciprocating grinding machine. It is the most ideal used in the ultrasonic vibration machine.
CERATON ceramic fiber oilstone，with excellent toughness and sharpness, generally used for precision polishing of the groove bottom and fine seams of the plastic, steel, carbide mold etc. Also used for hardened surface removal after EDM，removal of mechanical cutting, rough tool marks and fine machining marks, and fine polishing before the mirror processing.
Note:
In order to reach the best performance, we recommend the oilstone should be hold-up right, making an angle of apporox 30-40 degree to the workpiece.
